Young people make mistakes. Sometimes that mistake is hanging out with the wrong people. Sometimes it's being in the wrong place at the wrong time. It's easy for young people to get pressured by peers into things. And it's easy for the adults, including police, to be suspicious of minors even when there is not a lot of evidence.
