Bobby was born in Detroit, Michigan and was raised in Toledo, Ohio and Waynesboro, Tennessee. He graduated with honors from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Human Behavior in 1977. He graduated with high honors (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1980. Bobby was employed by the Colorado State Public Defender’s office from 1980 to 1983. He has been in the private practice of law for the past 24 years. Bobby has always been dedicated to assisting those accused of wrongdoing. Mr. Daniel recently retired.
His favorite interest is spending time with his family. He and his wife have three daughters; two college graduates, and a college student. Bobby enjoys trying to play golf, hiking and watching spectator sports (although without John Elway football hasn’t been as enjoyable). He also devotes some of his time to community volunteer efforts.
Bobby passed away earlier than he should have in September of 2010. He was a great lawyer, a great friend and will be missed by all.
