Bobby was born in Detroit, Michigan and was raised in Toledo, Ohio and Waynesboro, Tennessee. He graduated with honors from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Human Behavior in 1977. He graduated with high honors (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1980. Bobby was employed by the Colorado State Public Defender’s office from 1980 to 1983. He was in the private practice of law for 24 years. Bobby was dedicated to assisting those accused of wrongdoing. Mr. Daniel passed away in September of 2010.

His favorite interests were spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife and three daughters. Bobby enjoyed trying to play golf, hiking and watching spectator sports (although without John Elway football hasn’t been as enjoyable). He also devoted some of his time to community volunteer efforts.

He was a great lawyer, a great friend and will be missed by all.
