Felony Criminal Defense Lawyer

Misdemeanor Vs. Felony Charges

Not all crimes are deemed equal under the law. Misdemeanors, while less severe, can still carry substantial consequences. On the other hand, felonies are considered much more serious due to the gravity of the crimes associated with them. However, it’s not always black and white. At times, a simple mistake or technicality can escalate a minor or misdemeanor charge to a felony. In such instances, having a skilled criminal defense attorney from a reputable criminal defense law firm can make a significant difference.
