Our Client was charged with Driving Under Revocation because his driving privileges were revoked after an arrest for Driving Under the Influence. He had been getting rides to work but was unable to find a ride one day and was pulled over for having a bad headlight. Our Client initially went to court on his own and the District Attorney was asking for 30 days jail. Our attorneys entered on the case and negotiated a deferred sentence with public service and no jail time.
