Client charged with Driving Under Revocation because his driving privileges were revoked after an arrest for Driving Under the Influence. Client had been getting rides to work but was unable to find a ride that day and was pulled over for having a bad headlight. Client went to court on his own and the District Attorney was asking for 30 days jail. Our attorneys negotiated a deferred sentence with public service and no jail time.
